The Cigarette Reclaimer CR 120 recovers reusable tobacco from the waste produced during cigarette manufacturing, with minimal losses. The CR 120 reclaims up to 120 kg of tobacco per hour. It is rated at 99.8% efficiency and a 90% recovery rate, so the large majority of recoverable tobacco in the waste stream is separated out and returned to use. In a factory, the reclaimer works alongside the cigarette making stage, where waste is produced. Rejected and damaged cigarettes and other tobacco waste from your cigarette manufacturing machines, such as the Mark 8, Mark 9 or Protos 70, can be fed to the reclaimer so the tobacco is recovered rather than lost.
