The Naked Over Wrapper is a precision overwrapping machine for cigarette outer packs. The Naked Over Wrapper handles 25 cigarette outer packs per minute. Its utility needs are modest: it requires 6 KVA of power and 0.05 m³/min of air pressure. These low figures make it simple to plan for, because most factories already have the power and compressed air to run it without extra infrastructure.
In a factory, the Naked Over Wrapper sits at the end of the line. Cigarettes made on your cigarette manufacturing machines, such as the Mark 8, Mark 9 or Protos 70, are packed on a cigarette packing machine such as the HLP-225, HLP-2 or HLP-1.5. The outer packs then go to the overwrapper for the final wrapping stage.
